Anyone care to join? If your intention is to get your boo back, this can certainly work! I manifested my love in the past without the meditation MP3s with amazing results, but during listening to the MP3, my body literally vibrates, I feel amazing, and so incredibly close to my sweetheart, plus the subliminal suggestions are so healthy and empowering!
Let me know if you're in! I will try to update daily of how I feel and any changes. I will say this. I did the meditation this morning and suddenly got the burst of energy to go out and vote (I previously didn't want to and was feeling quite sluggish). Her recordings are overall lovely and very theraputic!
BTW, where is our girl? Has she been around?

My baby! How are you sister?
So, I've done the meditation twice today and I'm about to do it a 3rd time before going to sleep. I feel really great when I'm doing it!
We're "friends" now. Considering that I did my crazy stuff with him a few weeks ago, I'll take it lol. I'm keeping a super healthy stance and taking things slow. As most of the old school girls know, I caused a lot more damage than he has so it's up to me to show that I can be "sane".
Anyway, he helped me with some icky stuff happening with my computer then we started chatting for a bit about how I Bogarted his Netflix account (I still have the passcode and I changed the name to his profile and took ownership lol). He's being extra sweet to me now, which isn't his usual thing - he's always a bit on guard when I behave crazy, but today he made some light of it.
I was feeling tired and when I told him I was gonna go and let him get back to his sports, he brought up another topic. That's his way of telling me he's not ready to get off the phone and it's adorable af lol
I want to maintain very little contact for now and go very slow - but that shit is workin chile!
I just need to go slow, I know how explosive and emotional I am and I can't do that stuff to him again.

Sounds great! I'm finding that while I'm doing this technique so much throughout the day that I'm also accumulating the effects and positivity of meditation. Overall, I've been feeling very positive and at ease!

Just experimenting! I want to know if doing it 3 times a day will create any major changes in myself (through the benefits of frequent meditation) and our friendlationship But a lot for myself as well.
I don't have any intention of being together with him by the end of the 30-days, just want to see what will happen
I notice now when I meditate, I experience a lot of muscle movements - I believe its called Kriya. It's an amazing sensation.

There's absolutely no pressure if you're not able to do it
I have a hectic schedule too! The challenge is doing it in the middle of the day, otherwise - upon waking and at bedtime are fairly easy.
I'm just doing an experiment to see what happens! I'm being a test subject of sorts lol
the PW is 24 minutes and change and MHB is 20 minutes. I decided I might to PW 2x and MHB 1x daily
