Hi Marz
I had a day off yesterday so did PW 3 times! I really enjoyed them and I can feel the confidence in myself increasing, which can only be a good thing. Also, having only downloaded the meditation the other day, I had been doing the meditation via the instructions from the book. I have to say the actual MP3 makes a BIG difference. Using a guided meditation means sitting back, relaxing and enjoying the show . I downloaded Burn this morning to change things up a bit, and did that this morning which again was brilliant.
So far so good...my only issue is keeping the faith that this is working, ....as reality is still showing silence...

Awesome! I haven't done my morning on yet! The last couple of times I've been doing the meditation and passing out (not literally, but I guess I fall asleep?) but I always come to when the meditation is over. Anyone experience this or know if this is okay? Lanie?

Hi Marz, yes lately i fall asleep at a certain part of the meditation (either during the relaxation exercise or sometimes the countdown) and then come to just as it is wrapping up.. like at the awakening sequence part.
When that happens its because im listening whilst lying down on my bed at night.
Lanies voice is so soothing!

Funny how we come to when it goes off! I bet the subconscious mind caught all that good information!

I also fall asleep multiple times while doing the meditation and wake up just before the mp3 ends. I am always bummed / have the feeling it didnt worked because I fell afsleep. But I've read somewhere that it's not you falling asleep, but you get into a deeper meditative state which is actually a good thing! I havent done any pw yet due to my confused state last couple of days

Hey Lala!
I actually believe this to be true. I did the technique on my own a little bit ago and I'm going to do a MHB recording here in a few.
But something has happened in the midst of this. I'm not counting the days I've done this but maybe I should.
I feel strong. Like, I don't "need" him. I adore him and I think he's amazing, but I feel a very strong and healthy self-reliance, that the idea of us not being together would suck, but I wouldn't die lol
At one point I couldn't fathom this possibility. And I have to admit, this is a really great feeling and something I've never felt in the 2-years we've been reconnected (for those who don't know, we have a 20-year history. He is literally the first man I ever loved, but I was only 16 at the time, he was 24 and the age diff kept us apart).
This newfound feeling makes me feel stable, sexy, SANE (this is a big one for those of you that know my history with him) and happy. Maybe now we can foster a true friendship without me flipping out in the midst of things and ruining it before it even starts.
YET - I will still take my time.
So, this meditation bootcamp made a drastic change in me and it seemed to happen immediately after I started passing out during the sessions lol. I wish I could bottle this feeling up and pass it to all my girls. Not only is this feeling, freeing and calm - it's super sexy to guys.

I'd like to join your 30 day challenge. I haven't meditated consistently and I am feeling the effects of negative energy seepage because I have been focusing on the current realty of my targets and not my objective.

so yesterday I wanted to start with the 30 days challenge, So I started the PW guided meditation with 3 minutes silence before I went to sleep.. Guess what? I fell asleep/in subconscious again during the relaxation exercise and woke up this time during the 3 min. silence.. -_- I think in this scenario it wouldn't work because I am basically sleeping at the moment where I should be affirming/visualizing..
