Questions about PW

Should I be doing it everyday for it to work? And can I PW let's say multiple times a day on different things, like a time to do PW on friends, a time to do PW for school for each day?

And with letting go, I'm confused about that. Am I suppose to do PW for a week and then let go. Or do I do each day and then I let go at the end of each day? And how should PW be done 10-20 minutes?

And how long do I do PW or the steps from the second book before I see results?

And also, if I'm listening to the mp3, how long should I be listening to it and should I be visualizing while I listen to it?

If I'm doing  the PW steps, if I know a person's first name but not last name, will it still work?

I thought when people did PW or the other methods, was to get something or someone they wanted. I don't know what you mean by saying don't look for results.

Re: Questions about PW

What I mean is that if you keep looking for results you get disappoint.

When you don't expect a lot of the time you see results

So when you say don't expect, what do you mean? Like I shouldn't expect to see any good results, like be negative about it?

Or do you mean like believing that it already has happened, like letting go?
