I did the what wants you wants you back eft a few times, I felt I was making progress as far as doubts, but I started feeling anxiety. It seems to have uncovered something I don't quite understand. I have some guesses.  Fear of intimacy or fear of change. I am unsure how to clear this since I'm unsure what it is. I became afraid when he unlocked me and I do fear change. Am I afraid of being happy? I probably should add I am timid around all men. My love/poi broke through that with patience. I may be shy again like he's a stranger and afraid to see him again. I get this way with friends and family. I have social anxiety.
