Just start doing the meditations the way Lanie teaches and all that stuff he's doing and saying will all change. 

She has some audio guided meditations also - I personally do not use those, but they may help you if you are

just getting started.  When I first found out about PW I was ready to start doing it right that minute but I didn't

want to do anything haphazard because my guy is VERY important to me and so I waited a couple of days

and made a long list of things I wanted my man to say to me, things like " I miss you with all of my heart,

I love everything about you, I love your cooking and I can't wait until you cook for me again. "  I swear

within a couple of weeks of that meditation he was in my house eating my cooking and raving about how

it was the best thing he ever ate.  I couldn't believe it, it was just some chicken and side dishes.  And he

loves me too which he did even before the meditations, but now he loves me even more.
