I have always believed that you 'reap what you sow'. I have no idea where my anger emerged from. A friend says that it might be him sending out anger and his partner and I am picking up on it. But it all starts with 'you'. This post was great timing for me

Wow! Such confirmation that it is working. We all know it does, we just have our moments, but they only stem from fear. I have tried sending my ex love and I did feel better for doing it. However, my ex continued to try to hurt me with his new relationship and other stuff that he did. So I have had some anger recently. I have decided tonight that I will try to be 'neutral' first and then go from there

I did pw and I sent genuine love for him. I told him I didn't know who he'd end up with but I knew he'd be very happy. I told him I loved him very much and wanted the very best for him.
