If you aren't having such a good start to your day should you take a break from visualizing PW BURN and RS. For some reason I am feeling sad. I can't get into it today. When you take a break with this mess up all of what I have done with techniques? I look through the threads for the answer so if this has already been addressed please direct me to the posts. Thanks so much

Hi Dannie, I personally don't push PW or BWD when I'm feeling low. I work on strong my vibrations up first. I might read some success stories, watch motivational videos, listen to subliminals or some uplifting music. If I'm still not 100% then I listen to Lanie'a guided meditations for PW and BWD starting with CTC. When I feel, happy, powerful and positively connected then I do my own PW thing
I don't think taking a break will mess anything up, just do what's good for you, do what feels good, if you need a break to regroup stronger then do it. Remember it's mostly about how YOU are FEELING, so relax and start feeling better.

I normally do my meditations at bedtime so whatever happened during the day is behind me.
You can take a break anytime, Blue said that Lanie said that PW was like a cloud
