If you are in a situation where you are talking with him, you are already so far ahead of some people trying to manifest a relationship. A lot of people have already been blocked in every form by the one they love...so you need to recognize that you are in a GOOD position. Use that to your advantage and try to control your emotions right now. Don't freak out and text him endlessly. Do the methods, let him reach out to you.

Stay calm, try to focus on the GOOD. Do what makes you feel GOOD. Think about what you WANT and feel good about it. You'll be moving towards what you want at that time. In the meantime..let him come to you. Don't force it.

 

As of today I will be working on a test subject. He knows who I am already. But we have been out of communication for many years. I have no clue how he will be able to track me down. But I don't care. That is the job of the Universe to figure out and make happen. With my limited understanding, I can't conceive how he will find me. and if I think long and hard about it, then I will find all the ways it's impossible.

I hope she listens to you advice since you have a much gently way of saying it than I do.

No dates do not want any dates. I want to work on this and getting him back. I have to say that people going through the mind changing process are not gonna be 100% all the time. I don't know why I could not make it better yesterday. I am unsure no matter what I said it made me tense still. You cannot tell me that this one day will knock out the positive emotions I have put into this. The only thing I can do is keep doing this. And no I did not send any text message at that moment I was feeling a strong vibe. Yesterday was not a good day you cannot tell me you or anyone else has not had that. I'm changing my mindset it's a hard thing. again it's not easy and you guys just get to see the change of that. Do I sit there and just let negative thoughts in? No I try to push them away. As I recall negative thoughts are less powerful then positive so the days I have felt the positive intense vibe are more effective.


Side note he posted a photo of a wall hanging thing that states what happens at the cabin stays at the cabin. Trying to not be negative...

You need to treat negative thoughts less as something to panic and push away and rather something to work *from*. So rather than going "I'm thinking negatively, bad things will manifest!" think "OK, I'm having a negative thought – it's time to replace it with a positive one then" and calmly find a good thought, and go to a slightly better place.

It's just about working your way up, not going instantly from "negative" to "positive" because it's really difficult to do that. Actually *recognising* that you are thinking in a negative headspace, and maybe even rolling it around your head for a few minutes, will help a lot.

The important thing to remember is YOU are in control of your thoughts. Not the other way around.

I just don't get it. She was fine for a while and I thought she was finally on track. She needs to practice letting go. That is the only way she is going to get this guy back. She needs to be more of the woman who is happy without him. Once he feels that vibration from her, he will come running right back.

This process took Lanie a whole year. She needs to let go of having him back in her life this very second. At the rate she is going, he will only leave her again and she will be right back to square one.

Awesome, I understand sometimes things are frustrating but it feels like you're not acknowledging any of this advice people are taking the time out to give to you. Reading it, and really soaking up other LoA information right across the web (maybe even reading some of the Secret's success stories) will help you out and just chill you out a bit.

It's good to remember sometimes there are a *million* other worse things that are happening in the world right now, and a *million* other worse things that could happen to you personally. You have a house, friends, a job, and are healthy. Isn't that amazing? You need to remember you're great, go away and practise a tonne of self-love for a few days and just try and forget about him for a while. That's the time he'll start coming back. You're powerful.

I can't do this if he has slept with anyone I can't. The problem I have is that we have been friends with benefits for months...and for him to do that knowing that it would hurt me if I knew?
