Hi all!
I love this forum & Lanie for putting us all together this way!
What a blessing!
Anyway I just have a question about the technique everyone uses.
How does everyone feel connected to their guy/girl during the visualization?
Does everyone see themselves in the scene like watching it on a movie screen or just your significant other? From what I've learnt about loa I have to see it through my eyes so I don't see myself. Sort of like he's standing in front of me. Do you visualise his whole body or just his face?
I would love the opinion of others & what they see. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thankyou! xoxo
Welcome I visualise his whole self in the distance then his face looking at me after he's turned round and walked over. Look in his eyes for a bit then imagine him up close like he's cuddling into me I visualise what he feels like up close, how his skin feels too touch his hair etc but I never see myself if I do the make him burn method I see him whole ;)sometimes his face goes blurry but I don't worry about that and sometimes my mind wonders and have to bring myself back to him lol. I think I'm quite good at visualising him but struggle to imagine different places to be in so I just use the same surrounding. Today I had a strange feeling lots of tingling rushes up my body which just kept coming over and over. Does anyone else get that? Then I went out for a meal for my sisters birthday and never thought of him hardly at all been a good day

Yes Shana, I agree. That's a very good point you've made here. This could happen again and again, but it doesn't have to. In my own expereince, when I fret about the guy being away, what he's doing, etc, etc, then he stays far away. Whenever I just drop all of that, get on with the visualizing, and forget him for the rest of the day, that's just when he comes back. Awesome needs to detach herself from everything and just to be confident that the techniques (PW and BWD) do both work.
You get what I'm saying that you have to put him out of your head. Especially if his every move or lack thereof is driving you nuts. No man is worth your sanity.

Hey I have a quick questions. I am in some sort of panic but its like i know there is nothing i m panicking about? I use to take anti anxiety meds but stopped a year ago. I have not had a chance to read the EFT technique thing yet. So in the mean time at work anyone know how to deal with just flat out panic that you know has no reason to be there right now? I m sorry if this offends anyone..i m just asking for anything to use at the current moment before i look up EFT. Or any quick EFT pointers?
I personally have not used EFT but I have heard people were able to use it to heal themselves. Read it today and find out if it can help with your situation.

What you say here is so true Shana: Thank you for this because I need to focus more in that area myself! :-): "I think she should place more focus on herself and loving herself more and more each day. Her friends and other people will be naturally drawn in by her light. Even the guy she wants. Take it or leave it."
A little love here and there, goes a long way.

If you are experiencing anxiety and were previously using anxiety meds I would strongly advise you to revisit you doctor and look at finding a medication which would be better suited for you.
Suffering from anxiety is not something that should be managed by asking for advice from forums it needs medical expertise in the form of medications, therapy, coping stratergies etc.
Don't look for quick fixes as you do yourself a huge injustice.
EFT is a great tool, there are many youtube videos which show how to do it. And they are not long (aporox10 mins).
Also try CBT counselling, there is a great app call pocket cbt which allows you to challenge your thoughts but it takes effort from you to use the app.
Meditating daily is good, just find a simple mind calming meditation audio and use it.

I have had anxiety for years so i have done it all. I do know how to manage it. sometimes it is difficult then others. I meditated at lunch. Helped alot. I have tried alot for anxiety in the past and the reason i was able to stop the meds was because of LOA and positive thinking. So the anxiety comes and goes. Its not depression though i have had that and i would definetly be on something if i felt like it could not be controlled for sure. So we will see if i can tame it

I was doing Lanie's method to get my guy back and I certainly got him back. BUT more than that.. when my vibration raised really high, I received contact from EVERY MAN I HAVE EVER DATED! Even one from school and one from university that I kind of forgot about! And ALL of them went on to tell me that I was "the one!" And how proud they are of who I have become, and how they will ALWAYS wish that things had been different.. It was hilarious! But I suppose I had at one stage wanted to hear that from each of them- and when I finally learnt how to deliberately raise my vibration? BAM!! Adoring guys everywhere! There is so much to learn from this, and some incredible gifts to gain. Self love and empowerment at the top of that list. 💜
Cherished can you give us some tips on how to raise our vibrations? Every little bit helps.

Absolutely. For me, it's s combination of visualisations, meditation/yoga, and being impeccable with my words. And what that means is I don't participate in negative conversations, thoughts, I don't watch the news or read the papers or magazines, I don't join into work discussions that are of s negative nature.. All of those things immediately wrap you up and drag you down into negative vibes.
If something goes "wrong" in my day, I no longer label it as such. I am grateful that it is obviously the path of least resistance towards what I am truly desiring. I listen to Abraham Hicks. Esther can raise ANYONE's vibrations! I read LOA books and I practice outrageous kindness each day. I write in a gratitude journal, I script the way I want my life to be, and I remain consistently aware of the absolute fact that thoughts become your reality. 🌈
