    Normal to cry?

    I recently posted a little backstory in the "manifest your ex back" section of this forum. 
    I just started using PW/BWD a few days ago. Is it normal to get emotional/cry while doing PW? More specifically the part where I'm hearing him say what I want him to say to me? I always end up crying when I hear him say the words to me. I hope i'm not alone! lol
