    Visualising Techniques

    Need some help with different visualising techniques. When you visualise your poi walking around saying 'where are you', 'I miss you'.
    Do you call them to you before you visualise this?

    How do they get connection to your visualise scene if you don't call them, but if your not in the scene your just watching it unfold then calling them to you doesn't make sense.
    Sorry I just find this a bit confusing and I want to do something different then just PW.
    Any help with this type of visualising would be much appreciated.🤗

    One visualization technique that I learned is that while visualizing, I should place myself in the POV of my loved one. As if I am sending messages to him telepathically.
