**Update**

Well last night as I said above I was going to do the last day of the first week.  I did and after I done this I was looking through fb at some pages I was interested in and ended up on some site and who's picture was on it....the girl he cheated on me with!!  I looked at the picture and thought to myself...you know what you are nothing special lol.

After this I was thinking about him and just thought right if it's meant to be it will be, I surrender and give it up to the universe etc etc.  I couldn't sleep last night and was catching up on my TV programmes and ping he replied to my hey message from Tuesday! I replied with a hey and he replied and asked how I was.  To which I replied and asked how he was.....he'd obviously fallen asleep as it was 4 o'clock in the morning where he was so no reply as yet but he will
