Hey guys! I recently purchased the P*ssy Whip meditation from Lanie's website. I am having a bit of trouble relaxing in the beginning. Smallest things like never being in a comfortable position or something i cant control like an itch (lol sorry sounds kinda dumb but is really annoying me) or something ends up distracting me and I always lose track. I dont know what to do.
Anyone have any advise on how to overcome this?
