    Need help visualizing

    I need help in learning how to visualize. I have never been able to close my eyes and recall anything I've seen before. My Mother died 11 years ago and I can't close my eyes and even see her. I want to follow everything Lanie says to do so I can see my poi soon. He lives about 30 miles away so there isn't that great of a possibility of running into him on a daily bases. I never felt that safe or at ease with someone before and want that for the rest of my life.
