You just have to know the technique is working. My guy has not reached out at all in over 6 months but reaches out to the person they left me for all the time. You just have to figure out what works best for you. I am still trying to figure that out myself. I believe in the technique and although he reaches out to someone else everyday I know my messages are getting to him and he thinks of me. You just have to believe and know it's temporary. It's hard and it hurts but soon it will be me.
