WOW, thank you so much Faith for starting this thread and DC for you amazing tips!! I've always had problem with dark circles under my eyes and nothing seemed to help. I've found she has a video on that too so I'm gonna try and see how it works! Woohoo let's make ourselves even more beautiful lol😏😏😏

With Quadible Integrity and Sapien Med, the better hydrated you are, the better the results. If you listen to anything by them, you'll notice a crazy thirst after listening too.

Though I can make recommendations as to what to use, you should look up what you want and select the best videos for you. I find that some work better than others for me.

I use one for breast enhancement. Everyone always asks what I did to lose weight but I kept my DD's. It must be the way my body works I say (not!!!). With this one particular video, I put it on repeat one night and I could see a visible difference the next day where I was spilling out of my bra.

As I say, the more you experiment, the more you find out what works for you.

These work quickly for me, but I spent months (since October, 2015) building my faith and belief. I hit play, and visualize my end results.

You'll also find some for changing eye colour. These have been the slowest to work for me. In about 6 months, I've managed to go from very dark brown to a light golden brown.

Try it out, and see what works for you.

Doing multiple really yields very slow results. I went through a phase when I was trying 15 or so videos a day and got hardly anywhere. It's better to stick to a few things, as tempting as it is to do more. I have a playlist with 4 videos and I hit play before going to sleep at night. It's not a chore to do...

For now I'm focusing only on two things, only after this I will focus on others. 😉. I'm starting from today. Thanks a lot...will update here 😊
