Question!

Can I script via typing a journal? I've been "scripting" on my computer. Is it best to write? I have a journal now that I plan to use

I personally use the Diary app on my Kindle Fire. I tend to get writer's cramp and I don't like my handwriting at all. Also, when I make certain grammatical errors or accidentally leave out details, I find it difficult to go back and try to include it when I'm writing with a pen and paper.

If the words are coming from your heart and you have FAITH in what you're scripting, it shouldn't matter if you write it or type it.

Most of importantly, have fun with it! 😃😃

I don't know if typing actually works as well. The point of writing down rather than just thinking about your script is so that you can do kinaesthetic learning.

There are different types of learning: visual, auditory, kinaesthetic.  I think the more you can incorporate, the more you can milk the process so to speak. I don't think typing does this as well, but I may be mistaken...

Here is an article that might help explain it better...

------------------------------------------

The Power of Visualization to Manifest Your Desires

Among the many subconscious programming techniques that I tried, the most effective in manifesting my desires is creative visualization.

There are no limits to your imagination. If you visualize yourself walking in a mansion with high-end furnishings, appliances and hi-tech gadgets, a swimming pool and Jacuzzi, and a Porsche in your automatic garage, you will be able to manifest this very vision into physical reality.

But, much to the disappointment of those who have initially tried out creative visualization, they don’t really get what they desire, even if they drive themselves to a throbbing headache visualizing all sorts of “prosperous scenarios.”

Where Does Creative Visualization Fail

The problem with creative visualization it is that most of the techniques are focused on visual imageries. Unfortunately, certain individuals are more sensitive to other types of stimulation, namely auditory and kinesthetic.

But let’s start with visual individuals: Visual types are those people who are good at envisioning images or pictures inside their minds. If you are the visual type, you will visualize your desired reality same as the example presented above.

Auditory types are those individuals who are sensitive to words and sounds. If you are the auditory type, you will need to record on a sound recorder the various aspects of your dream reality.

For example, if you want to get a better job, you will be recording, “I visualize myself dressed in an impeccable Armani suit wearing shiny Guccis shoes. My office is in the top floor with a large sturdy desk and a plush executive chair. Sitting on top of my desk is an envelope containing my pay check worth (put your desired among here).” These auditory signals will enable you to manifest your desired outcome based on what you heard.

Kinesthetic types are those who respond to emotions with stimulation. For visualization in kinesthetic individuals to be effective, the desired reality should be presented as a visual and/or an auditory stimulus that also arouses the emotions of the individual.

The best example for this is, surprisingly, the commercials that you see on television. Let’s say you’ve always wanted to buy that new car. Because of the appealing commercial visuals of a happy man/woman driving the car through exotic locations, it arouses in you strong feelings and emotions that you are able to visualize yourself driving that same vehicle.

If you have a strong vision of your reality, and your thoughts and beliefs are aligned toward the creation of this reality, you can expect your Subconscious and Universal Minds to manifest what you desire.

How to Make Creative Visualization Work for You

If you want to make creative visualization work for you, you need to take the following steps:

Determine what visualization type you are

As mentioned earlier, people differ in the way they respond to stimuli. There are very affordable psychological tests that can help you determine if you are a visual, auditory or kinesthetic type.

Check out all the creative visualization techniques that are available to you

While you may concentrate on techniques that are suited to your visualization type, in some cases, you may need a combination of techniques to strengthen your visualizing power so that you can create more precise, vivid images to be transmitted to the Universal Mind.

Describe on paper your desired reality

To make your desired reality “tangible”, you must describe it clearly on paper first. As you describe what you want, you can give greater potency to this vision by adding other sensory elements, such as sound or smell.

For example, in your paper, you describe your dream mansion, but you can strengthen this image by adding the sound of lapping water in your swimming pool in a gentle breeze or the roar of your sports car as it rolls into your garage.

Learn how to meditate

Creative visualization will not be effective if you are not able to absorb the images of your desired outcome into your Subconscious Mind. When you meditate, you open the three aspects of mind to the reality that you want to create, making them receptive to as well as empower them to manifest your dreams.

Creative visualization should be done on a regular basis

If you want to achieve results through creative visualization, you must include it in your daily meditation sessions at least twice a day. Visualization should take between 5 to 10 minutes of your meditation time.

Open your senses to all outcomes

Last but not least, creative visualization also requires opening your senses to all outcomes, and not just the one that you have envisioned.

Admittedly, some dreams do not just magically appear. With conscious visualization, you will be able to perceive the plans that the Universal Mind have given you as well as the materials and tools for you to use to bring your desired outcome to reality through your physical action.

Hi DC!

Thanks for sharing the article!

I respect your opinion but I have to disagree with what you're trying to say.  I write blogs, lesson plans, and  short stories and I do it all on my tablet or laptop.

When it comes to LOA (or just about anything in general) you have to do what works for you.  I think that one of the problems that many of us may come across is the logistics of visualizations and creating. When we get too deep about HOW we are doing the techniques, we take things too seriously and it takes the fun out of the whole process. When we enjoy the scripting; whether it's typing or writing; and when we look forward to the visualizations with a sense of happiness and delight, then it raises our vibes and we attract out desires much easier.  The most important element is the vibe that we are feeling while we are creating.

I personally can't get caught up into the logistics of how things should be done because then it gets too serious for me. When things get too serious for me, it becomes an experience of drudgery and anxiety and I'm not about that life anymore. LOL!

Scripting via typing works for me. If I write by hand, I won't enjoy as much and that's what matters to me. Enjoying the process and watching my desires manifest before eyes. 💖💖

Interesting...so the only way to visualize or become absorbed with the desire is to handwrite it out?!?  I didn't know that...especially since I've had success both ways.  But hey...i could be wrong...

Re: TELL ME YOUR STORY 30 DAYS

If typing works for you, that's great.

For me, I find that I get side tracked when I do that. I see something underlined in red and I go back and correct the spelling. Then I think of something else that might work better in a sentence, and I'm going back to make a correction. Soon, it turns into a battle of having a well written composition than actually visualizing, feeling, and writing.

I have used both gratitude journals and scripting successfully to get trips, money, and most recently a cottage.

I go out and but the perfect journal...typically something a little more pricey (my last one was about $50), but it is one that gets me inspired and excited. It doesn't have to be expensive but something that really thrills you. I choose a pen that is special and that glides smoothly on the page. It sounds really silly, I know, but I love beautiful stationary.  There is something magical about having the perfect tools.

I dim the lights, and I write slowly absorbing the words. This again is an issue for me with typing, as I go quick, and I don't absorb what I write fully, at least not emotionally.

If typing works for you, all the more power to you. I just feel like I can milk it way more when I do things old school. I also make it a habit never to read what I wrote again, because if I did, I might notice things don't flow, there's incorrect punctuation etc which would hinder me from free flow writing the next time. When I finish my journal, I buy another, and toss out my old one.

Oh...and I have theta binaurals playing on my earphones, and I visualize what I wrote after I finish each thought...

I can definitely respect your process DC. You have found a way that works best for you and that's what matters most.

I've been typing my work and my stories for 22 years.  After I do my visualizations, I turn on on my Soulmate playlist, open my Diary app and my typing just flows like water.  The music and the ambiance raises my vibe and it helps me to write my vision.

It's funny because whether I write by hand or type, I still go back and check for proper grammar and I do correct my spelling as well. I teach Middle and High School Social Studies and I've acquired that habit from proofreading and correcting my students' essays. LOL

Hey dolls,
Guess who I had lunch with today.....oooohh...Can I tell you.. his eyes sparkle when he looked at me, mesmerized by my "fine-ness" I felt so beautiful, calm, composed and in control. He held my hands from across the table, and he looked into my eyes..I really didn't hear anything he said I was lost in those baby blues... but they told me all I needed to know.
