Thanks Blue I am going to try it out and see how it goes. Doing PW is becoming much easier so now I'm ready for BWD and CTC

Cutting the Cord meditations have done wonders for me and my guy and I are in better contact with each other and when we do spend time together, it is great.

Can you use CTC on someone you have not had a relationship with? we are friends. I don't know if I should try this and see if it works. Since doing the love spell on him and I have only done it twice, I can not get him out of my mind, it's driving me nuts. I feel a feeling of longing or lost but sometimes I feel excited like butterflies. What's going on??? And if I do CTC can you use it after the love spell like you can other meditations. Thanks

Are you doing PW along with the 6
Love Spell? I personally went through a period of having to do CTC after each PW for probably a week straight if not longer. I'd put off using it regularly as I didn't want to lose my connection to him. But it was really just making it harder for me to get over the longing and desperation. I haven't felt the need to do it in a while. CTC is just about you getting back your power and disconnecting from your POI. Hopefully Lanie will weigh in on this!
