During PW meditations when I am in deep meditative state, i get these random visions .. They're like dreams but sometimes i see things that are completely not related to my relationship with my POI ..After that I go back to visualising him saying things I want to hear.. How to prevent getting these dreams?

Greetings Gini,

I experienced similar random visions during PW and they weren't related at all. At first it was totally frustrating to me and I felt like they were interfering with my communication with my POI. Then I noticed that even when I had these pop up visions when I returned to my POI, he was still there. Almost like he was waiting for me to return back to him. So I just relaxed and went with it. I didn't feel like it affected my PW sessions. Eventually, the pop ups happened less and less. I still get them, just not as often.

My advice - just relax and go with it. Seemed to me when I gave them too much attention, they kept happening (LOA at work! LOL!)

Thank you Woodyluv!! Thats a really good advice.. It feels good to know that my POI waits for me till the time i get back
