Hello! I have been using the technique for several months and here recently, I just cannot get the man off my mind. It's so much stronger than what it was initially. Even though I do want to get back with him, I was never before consumed with the thought of him. But, now sometimes, I am. Could my doing the technique be causing HIM to manifest/visualize us together, thus having the same effect on me? Has anyone else had his happen? I hope that I explained this so it makes sense. Thanks so much!

This is why is important to do cord cutting techniques. What people don't account for is that you're envisioning loving thoughts repeatedly. It's making the cords of attachment stronger. Those can turn into cords of obsession. Obsession isn't good. It can repel him. He could be visualizing you back, but more likely you're creating a stronger bond within yourself. Cut the cord each time and you'll feel better.

Very interesting! Thanks for the advice. I need to cut out the obsession! How long do you suggest doing cut the cord or do you do it simultaneously with pw?

I did "Cutting the Cord" (guided meditation) twice in the last 4 days and I can tell a HUGE difference. I totally recommend it. I still think of him, but now in a kind of "if he should be so lucky" way, lol.
