CTC is a guided meditation available on Lanie's website and she
describes it there.  She also discusses it in BU2MU.  I have not
used it myself because I haven't felt the need for it.

Hi Becky,
head over to Lanie's website to view her meditations. I think this one is called "Get over loss of love" but it uses the cutting the cord technique so we refer to it on the forum as CTC.

You can do a search on the forum for "cord" as there are several threads that discuss nembers experiences.

All advice given is intended in the best interest of whomever I may be replying to & my opinions may not necessarily reflect those of the wider community on the forum.
