Does anyone smudge after the love spell or PW? I wasn't sure if it would disrupt the morphic field from the spell. My bedroom where I do it feels pretty even but I kind of regret not doing it prior to starting the spell because of all the negative energy and desperation I had in my bed after my breakup. It certainly feels better since I let go completely of the outcome and definitely better since I started the spell! My yoga room is absolutely oppressive as I'd left so much on the mat so I just thought I'd go ahead and smudge my whole house. Anyone have thoughts about this?

I smudge with sage once in a while, however not in relation to the Love Spell or any other
meditation. If you feel the need to do that in order to achieve clarity, you should definitely
do that. If you use white sage, Amazon has some great bundles for cheap. They have
other types of incense and bundles also.

Thanks Indigo. I ended up smudging my whole house, but not the dresser or side of the bed I do the love spell on. I felt instant peace and calm and slept so hard! I actually fell asleep (again!-it happened the first week once and I had to start the schedule over) during the love spell but woke up at the end of the MP3, so I started it again and fell asleep a second time! ARGH! I remember the second time that I started visualizing and woke up when right when her voice cut off. I woke up this morning feeling completely euphoric so I am going to hope that last night's session doesn't need to be repeated again. Yesterday was the first day of the week 2 schedule.
