I've been using both the downloaded meditations nightly for about a week on my significant other of a year and a half. Hes a workaholic and is often stressed by work. When this happens hes distant and not affectionate which hurts my self esteem. So far I haven't seen any results from the meditations. I am hoping the meditations help our relationship as I don't want to come off as clingy, smothering or needy when hes distant and that's how I was acting in the past. Should I be using just one nightly or is it ok to use both?
