I’ve restarted PW after a a few months break but I feel I’m struggling too get it to work this time, any tips on how I can improve my visualising and connection?? I’m not very good at visualising and when I’m trying to do PW I can’t concentrate because I’m thinking how do I know I’m connected, I can’t see him clearly, then I start thinking I must smell him and hear his voice, so then I get anxious about not doing it right. I follow the guided meditation but even with that my minds so occupied with not doing it right.
Any tips and how do you know you are connected.
This has worked for me in the past so why can’t I get it to work now??
