    Is BWD more effective than PW in getting the guy to contact you?

    i do 80% PW and 20% BWD, and am wondering if i should increase my BWD so that my POI will contact me sooner?

    In my opinion BWD is quicker.

    Depends on who it is! If he's already flirting with you, I'd suggest going for PW. If not, try BWD. Both are really powerful.
