Feeling is key to when he tells you these things as well. Don't doubt what he feels for you, know that everything you send is reaching him and it will come into frutition when the time is right.

I think that anyone can miss you, doesn't necessarily have to be an ex.

Well you can just think of things you want him to do to you or things you want to do with him and then when you have his attention go from there and tell him all the lovely things you want to hear!! Remember guys are very visual and if you start by him already being romantic with you it starts the connection 😀
