Even when she and I were on good terms, i felt it too. I cant explain it, but I know it's not any "obsession" talking. It's almost like her spirit is with me? Even though shes alive? If that makes sense? It's almost like I can sense her and feel very close to her. It's really odd!

Sorry, I didn't mean that to disagree, I just meant with the way things are, once you have managed to "move on" or "let go" and be ok or whatever the hell you want to call it, you might have a better idea to wether you are actually spiritually connected or not on a soul level if you still feel that connection even when you're ok without her.

I totally understand where you're coming from
I do want to say though, I know it isn't obsession. I know where I am right now, but it's like... it gives me a "knowing" that we will end up together... and then of course my anxiety issues get the best of me and cause me to be how I can be.

But there are a lot of times when I'm content and i just have a sense of "knowing" she's coming back. Almost like literal knowing... not just wanting and hoping. And it definitely has to do with this connection feeling. I guess I'm just trying to make sense of it because I know it's definitely not because of obsession or anything... it feels very spiritual if that means anything. It's really weird! When we were good i felt it too. (And trust me I was not like I can be now when we were good;) )
