Is it normal to cry?

Lately I've been working on getting myself emotionally healthy and trying to get rid of attachment to my guy and desired outcomes but after I use the cord cutting meditation and heart forgiveness, I find myself feeling better but I always have a good, deep cry before I feel relieved. Is this normal?

Re: Is it normal to cry?

I believe you are emptying out those cries you have been holding in. Also, it can be a sign that you are feeling relieved. It is good to let everything out you are feeling.

Re: Is it normal to cry?

I swear the night before he contacted me the last time I cried so hard. It was at a point where I thought he was gone for good, I was so frustrated with the situation and feeling very down. There was a pile of tissues next to my bed. I think it really did clear away something. I haven't been able to cry as hard as that night since because I regained a lot of hope the next day when he contacted me but now I'm stuck in a waiting pattern again .

Re: Is it normal to cry?

Crying is an amazing release, it's like the emotion is just too much, I think it's good to release and balance it. It's so healthy and normal to cry for good or bad don't worry. I cry during PW occasionally also, with both sadness getting out of me and joy and relief welling up.

Lots of love
