Had a bad dream last night

Hi,

I wrote here before that my guy hired a new girl to work on his team and I am scared he will bond with her like we did. However, I do know that when I go have lunch with him and his team then he pays me extra attention and I always say that I have nothing to be jealous of. I even script our relationship and visualise and do PW/BWD including last night before i fell asleep. However, I had a very unpleasant dream. I dreamed that I came to have lunch with them and they were all sitting down already and I was ignored esp. by him. He was playing around with her phone (he usually grabs my phone and I was discussing this with a friend last night so maybe that is why I dreamed about phones) and I got mad that he was paying her attention and not me so I got up to leave and nobody cared. Then, I was speaking to this guy -have no idea who he was - and asked if there is something going on between my guy and her and he said that he thinks so. I woke up with such a headache.

What do you guys make of this? I am trying so hard to shift my focus but I guess it is not working on my subconscious mind and I don't want this dream to come true. This is not what I want my reality to be..my reality is me and him married!!

Re: Had a bad dream last night

Our conscious mind creates doubts, fears, anxiety, worry, etc and everything good and bad. Our subconscious mind catches all this. In some cases things are fed to subconscious mind so well that even the thought of certain things bring about the things fed to the subconscious.
For example, let's say you think about your mom and you get an image of your mom in front of your eyes. This is your subconscious mind projecting that image.

Your current dreams are just the projection from your subconscious mind. Projection of your fears, worry, your concern with this new coworker, etc. Perhaps you are worried that he will end up paying more attention to her than you, that he won't even bother to look at you and not only that, you are worried that other people will do the same.

Now if you keep getting worried about this dream, then you will be giving the scenario you saw in your dream all your energy. It's just a silly dream from your current worries. Ignore that dream completely, as if it never happened.
You do not want to manifest the undesirable situation, so start focusing on the situation you want, on the dream you want. Script that dream the way you want. Ignore any words coming out of anyone's mouth which do not contribute to your happiness. No matter what you see, hear, if it is undesirable, then ignore it completely and replace it with what you desire.
Just live in your illusion. Live in it so much that it becomes your reality.

Now what dream were you talking about? The one where you saw your man bringing flowers and lunch he he prepared for you and grabbing you and aggressively french kissing you in front of everyone and claiming his love for you? And he just couldn't get enough of you? That's a wonderful dream you saw. I am so glad you saw something so beautiful.

Re: Had a bad dream last night

Aphrodite is right. It's your subconscious mind reflecting back your beliefs in terms of fears. Ignore it completely and keep affirming to yourself what you want to see with scripting, PW etc. You are starting to shift your beliefs so the mismatches are floating to the surface to allow you to see the difference between what you believe and what you want, so you can continue shifting your beliefs. See it as an indicator that you are starting to see a shift and are on the right path.

Love what you wrote. And I love that dream.
When I go to sleep and wake up I pretend he is next to me and I can picture him clearly. I need to live in the illusion more though.

I was a bit taken aback by my dream and usually I can't remember my dreams but this dream I remember vividly.
I have started doing things to make me feel as if we are together. Even yesterday, during a conversation with a friend I found myself saying something about him and I said it as though we are together. So, I guess I am making a shift. Luckily, this friend also understands LOA and all the techniques in this forum so she doesn't think I am nuts
