Kinda off-topic but why would he randomly tell you that? Did you ask?
If I bumped into an ex I haven't seen, i wouldn't just randomly declare something like that... unless I still cared and wanted a reaction from him maybe...
Also, (correct me if I've read it wrong!) after 5 months no contact, you've randomly bumped into him? That sounds like a push in the right direction. I'd count that as a small success .
But back to your topic, I don't think the amount of times broken up should matter . If you stick to the process and you know you'll have him back then you'll have him back.
If you're doubtful and you personally feel like your situation is too tough then it might remain too tough . Work on changing that mindset 💛.

I personally haven't dealt with trying to get any exes back. It's too many men out here for me
to be trippin' about just one dude. When I'm done with one, that's it for him, I take a short break
and move on to the next one. Do yourself a favor and read Lanie's books, especially her latest
one, and do the meditations. As to what Blue stated, all she's saying is that if you already have
a thread going about this same topic (you broke up 3 times can you get him back again), just
continue posting to that same thread instead of starting a new one. It makes it easier for
everyone, especially you.

I don't think manifesting is the problem, it's the maintaining. Like the dns post guy. He has attracted exes multiple times, but can't seem to maintain the relationship for long, so you may need to work on that when you get to that point.
