When you find yourself losing control, cut the cord!

Ladies when you find yourself losing control or you feel like you're losig your power, please cut the cord and focus on self.

Sometimes these guys really can't handle being whipped so they may do or say things that discourages you from continuing on, or makes you believe the technique isn't working.

The technique has worked so well in my current that this man literally called me five times via FaceTime today. When I spoke to him he actually brought up another woman and think it was to see my reaction but he insisted on calling me anyways. Multiple times. He also said that he is "loving me."  Exactly what I told him to say in my visualizations. After the shenanigans I cut the cord and visualized him saying he'll quit with the games and that he needs to iron out his confusion. He's obviously a bit confused so I'll give him a pass. The thoughts are driving him nuts. We will also be seeing each other next week.

Just stay patient you all. And assess if this guy is what you really want. I always check in with myself to see if I feel that he's worth it. I know that PW is something serious and he can't help but feel the emotions I'm sending.

I've done the meditation a lot, yet I still feel hurt when it comes to him

Perhaps you don't need to cut the cord.  Have you considered that?

Re: When you find yourself losing control, cut the cord!

I do the meditations but I haven't been rigged with it, I try to aim for 2/3 sessions a day but if it doesn't happen oh well. I've started meditation aside from PW/BWD and it's helpful to keep me in the moment, instead of worrying about my POI. I did a cut the cord mediation a few days ago, it made me felt good.
I've also started wearing a rubberbamd on my wrist so that when I get worried or bummed, I snap my wrist as a reminder to snap out of the mindset & see myself in a happy relationship with my guy & to send him loving thoughts (happy)

I mean that maybe there's no real reason for you to do the CTC
and you're just doing it because you think that it's the thing to
do and that's why you aren't getting the desired result.

That's true, it very well could be. I do feel I "need" to do it for some reason because so many people recommend doing it but it hasn't worked for me in the long run, but maybe it is something I need to do often.

Maybe you aren't getting the results you seek in regards to cord cutting bc deep down you might be afraid that cutting the cord will cut your POI out of your life accidentally(which can't happen by the way, unless you make a conscious effort to do so).I was hesitant at first about cutting the cord until I really read up on what it means.Or You could just be apprehensive for another reason & it's creating a block
