Yes I agree honestly spells aren't needed your mind is has all the magic baby!!! Lol but I've done spells for focus, nothing harmful and all about the good intent. I make it a loving experience just dim and darken room, I've used the old fashion lemon love freezer spell where I take a lemon, a pink piece of paper (I've also used brown parchment paper) I personally use a red ink pen and cut the lemon in half, write your lovers name on top and yours on the bottom, fold so names touch, and put in middle of lemon and tie together with red ribbon or yarn. I also have come to me oil I rub on the knife I cut it with then hold it together and visualize you and your lover. Do a PW session with it would be good. Then stick in your freezer!:-)

Butttttt, like others have said use light heartedly and use with the intent from doing your PW and BWD and other manifestation visualazations probably best when you have faith in those first and maybe a simple spell to add some fun into it. I think some people use it as a last resort but the only problem with that is that in their mind they have a sense of lack that their manifestation is not working so at that point I wouldn't bother because your mind is the key in all. A sense of lack will hold you up no matter what spells you try. And if you are using a spell as need to feel like you have to get him back you are limiting yourself. There's nothing more powerful anyways than just raising your own vibrations, getting in that vortex and surfing it with passion and love. Ultimately you want to feel like you will when you get your man back. Feel giddy. Feel excited. When I'm in love I cook and clean a lot around the house. Or get my nails done or go shopping for some lingeri do those things NOW. Get your belief in your visualizations then do a little spell session for fun and just a way to focus in on him more I would say.:-) I've done them myself before so nothing wrong just make sure all lack and limitation in your mind is bye bye. Ain't no body got time for dat! Lol!

And if you're worried about anything negative we'll if your vibration is high you shouldn't have to worry but hey, I always like to make sure so I just spread some white sage in my own place and sometimes while doing a ritual light some come to me incense for fun.
