Letting go is difficult
Especially if he is constantly in your mind. He lives in the same building and I can't stop thinking of him throughout the day. I see his name everywhere. I want to let go but even when doing something he comes up in my mind. I do the PW on him but my mind can't stop tracing to him.
How do you ladies do it?

Live your life sweetie..
Get a hobby, go out with your friends, learn a new skill etc.
If you are having fun and enjoying your own company, you wont pay him any mind.
