Okay guys, so I've been in and out of consciously manifesting for the last year or so but recently I made the decision to make it my lifestyle. One of the things I've struggled with the most is body image issues throughout my life, my weight in particular has always been a source of insecurity for me. Last week I decided to meditate on my ideal body weight, measurements and overall look. Girls, I kid you not! I weighed myself yesterday and lost 5 pounds in one week!! I only managed to get to the gym once last week and went for the first time this week yesterday but have been watching my diet, my stretch marks have also significantly improved and my thighs and bottom have way less cellulite and my stomach is looking flatter! I'm feeling pretty proud of this and am trying to focus on allowing and releasing resistance to the things I desire

Thanks so much well I got a picture of my ideal body off google with the person's head cut off and every night I've been imaging myself with that body but as if I'm already in it, so when I look down I see a flat stomach, perky breasts and firm legs. I also imagine the scars/marks fading out. It's helped quite a bit and then of course taking care of the body you have now like you would take care of the body your manifesting! Hope this helps
