    What's the best combo/frequency of PW, BWD

    How many times per day should I do the PW,BWD meditations and how many times per week? I was thinking do one in the morning and one in the night, but i don't know what's the best combination.
    I'm using both on the same target to manifest developing our relationship and becoming boyfriend/girlfriend.
    Any tips?

    There is no "best combination" because the effects of PW effect everyone differently. You just need to do what feels right for you.

    I've personally been doing 15-20 minutes of a mix of PW/BWD every morning and evening but some people find that too much/long.

    If you're beginning, maybe just do 10 minutes of PW or BWD each evening or every other days.

    I do PW in the mornings and in the night before bed. hinestly it takes me 5-10 minutes. Through out the day I'll do little visualizations. I only do BWD maybe once a week to spark it up It just depends on you! i have a short attention span so anything longer or more than this is a waste.

    And where does the love spell fit in? I really like doing PW, but I am afraid I might be overdoing it when I do the spell too...

    You're going to do PW or some version of meditation/visualization always.  
    The Love Spell is applied as needed so you would squeeze it into your
    regular schedule for a week or two.  So for example you would do PW
    one day, Love Spell the next.  Or whatever works for you.
