Has anyone found a correlation between longer/more intense sessions = faster results?
Contemplating maybe doing a 30 min-hour long PW every other day.
Edit: Huge typo! I meant 30 minutes to an hour 😭

Well tee-hee. I thought you had gone and lost your mind. I know you want this
dude but hopefully not enough to lapse into a coma about it. Lanie says that
more is NOT better. It is in Chapter 4 of PW, about 5 or 6 paragraphs before
she has numbered items 1) & 2) I have it on my iPhone and I read it horizontal
so I don't think page numbers would match up. Just do it once or twice a day
and stop obsessing about it.

You're right girl. I've been slacking that's why I had this idea more may be better. I need to get back on track.
