The strangest thing happened to me today. I woke up this morning and I decided to check my Facebook. When I went to check I saw in my suggested friends a random person and for some reason something was telling me to click on it to check out the profile
Mind you, I never look at suggested friends and I never look at their profiles so I don't know what was telling me to do this but I did. Well, what do you know...the profile picture is a scanned picture of my guy with two of his friends and the other pictures on the profile are of him and there's one picture of me and him from a few years back. What's strange is the name he chose for the profile. My dog that passed away used to have a nickname we called him and so he chose that as his first name for the profile and then use his middle name as the last name. I see that he created the profile when we were in no contact last year. I can't see any friends, posts or anything like that on the profile because it is set to private. All I see are a few profile pictures he had up. I'm trying to understand what this means and if I should ask him what this is as we have been communicating with one another consistently now for about 6 months. I'm so confused and I can't believe my intuition told me to click on that profile.
Edit: this is a NEW profile he has created just about a year ago from what I can see (everything is basically private on it except for a few photos). He already has an active account that he also uses, so he now has TWO accounts.

I wouldn't ask about it.
How come??
It just seems unnecessary. If we were actually Facebook friends, at most I'd post an emoticon of a dog and type something like "my dog's name!!" but I'd leave it there. Not everything needs to be looked into and dissected. You're in regular contact which is a great thing. Stay in the current moment and future and not worry about why things happened in the past when they don't seem to matter much.

I see what you are saying. It's just weird to me as this is a second profile he has created and a picture of him and I are on it. It is just making me curious as to why he felt the need to create this second profile I guess.

I have two Facebook profiles. One is for friends & family and the other is for people that I meet through this organization. Someone that was a friend on both pages asked why did I have two pages. But, they only asked because they weren't sure of which page to message me on or to post things on. I'm not sure how I would react if someone that isn't even on a page were to ask about it.
