So I've been a little more consistent with these techniques and I've seen some things. First off the number 11 increasing which happened the same time last year when I started doing these and almost everything I thought manifested.. now I'm more careful of what I think about. Anyways in the last 2 weeks 2 of my exes called me just to check on me. Not who I'm doing the techniques on.the ex I am working on I have gone NC so he can't reach me .But I am taking the time to work on me. And also there's this guy I only see when I go to the store I just happened to have a passing thought about him and I go to the store like a week later and he was there lol
