    It is a very good book. I had a couple of half hearted attempts with a little success. But would like to try some again

    What a wonderful day !
    I just watched this video and tried the experiment. I'm not able to post the link here but you can search the title -In 1993, Deepak Chopra Showed Oprah the Power of Her Mind | The Oprah Winfrey Show | OWN  .. I'm blown away by the result. I wish I had known all these things 10 years ago... But they say things come to you when the time is right.

    I made these awhile ago and I showed everyone and my sister was so impressed she took them from me and I never saw them again🙁

    OH MY GOD!! I wish you could have seen this!!!! God I can't believe it!!! You should try it!! What I have noticed is that my negative thoughts are much more powerful than the positive ones, I don't want that! I am going to use this to train myself and make my positive thoughts and believes stronger!!! I might use it whilst i visualize lol, as an experiment. You really should give it a try girls!!!! I `promise you I am shaking!!!
