Not sure if it's working or NOT confusion
He's refused to say if he likes me and hasn't asked me out but offered sex (on a call) saying I wouldn't be able to refuse it but in the same call goes on to say that he doesn't desire me for a relationship because I'm too needy

He's telling you upfront you're too needy. Just visualizing in itself won't keep a person if you are demonstrating behavior that's a turn off. At least he's telling you and you have something to think about. He kinda sounds like a jerk though.

Ignore what he is saying in the present moment.... Obviously you are getting under his skin for him to even say that. You have the power and don't allow his words which can change in an instant bring you down. Use Lanie's techniques as well as others that have been shared here to create your reality. Love you first. "Needy" is just a word that can be defined in many ways (depending on the source) so ignore it and don't try to get him to say anything about how he feels about you. NC for awhile and during that time love you and use your Girl Power to have him say what you desire. He'll come around. You Go Queen!

Thank you for the positive reply. I find when I distance myself I definitely care less about the outcome so NC and loving myself is a great way to reset the neediness radar
