Jolts during the meditations

I keep getting these jolts as I do them, not unpleasant just like when you're falling asleep and feel like you're falling but you wake up? Anyone know what I mean or get that too?

I've decided it means I'm shifting from one vibration or dimension to another 😜

What does it mean to other people if you get them? Happened 3 times during PW

Even i get them!!  .. Especially when in my visualisation I try to reach out to him (POI) to hold his hands!! I don't know what it means either but I suppose its because the visualisation feels so real that even our bodies react to it..

I get them too. I hope it means that we have established a connection. I wonder if it happnens at the moment they receive and connect to us.

Re: Jolts during the meditations

I think what you're experiencing is your essence, or spiritual self, reaching out and connecting to the person. Not everyone experiences it but I do quite often. Although it isn't necessary to feel that for a connection it is very cool! LOL

This is what I think.  My body jolts a little, and it feels like a mild, but pleasant, electric shock passes through my body.  In that moment I know I've made a deep and immediate connection with my target.

I read more about them the other day.. more scientific reasons why they happen but for now this is what I'm going to believe haha.
