    Can't sleep after love spell?

    Hey guys, I'm new to this forum , but have been doing PW for about 2 months now, and just finished my first round of the love spell. I feel great after doing these techniques, I feel really connected to my POI and have loving/forgiving feelings towards him.
    But I noticed that when I do the love spell, I fall asleep for a few hours but then wake up in the middle of the night, and have a hard time falling back asleep. Do any of you experience this? What do you guys think the reason is?
    Could it be that my POI had also woken up in the middle of the night and I'm just taking on his energy?

    It could be that you are not disconnecting but it could also be that you're raising your vibration and it is affecting your sleep pattern. You may need to do it earlier in the day. :-)
