Taking a break
I'm deciding to take a break from working on my POI as I'm frustrated and haven't yet decided on what to do. While I am disappointed that he's back with his ex, thats not the whole story so I found out. When my POI was away he was messaging my friend, flirting with her (he's also tried to hook up with her) and because she's loyal and knows I like him she wants nothing to do with him (this is going on WHILE he's supposed to be in a relationship) So last night I did the Cut the Chord meditation on him. I know I don't want to 'give up' so easily and so soon as I've been working on him for quite a while and I don't want it to 'be a waste of time'
in the mean time I've been doing BWD/O on one of my celeb crushes whose band is playing in my city this week, I've got VIP tickets so it'll be fun/interesting to see if he interacts differently then the other members.

True, however if they weren't together or "just friends" then they wouldn't be walking around at the shopping centre holding each others hand like a couple.

Correct me where I'm wrong but if I recall your situation you and he actually communicate right? Why not ask him if they're back together when he calls you again? As for the friend I'd thank her but then ask her to stop telling you things about him...that is if you continue

Apologies for the late reply;
We are in contact (sort of) but he very rarely replies. Being that im a fan of his band and he doesnt want fans to know about his relationship therefor im not even supposed to know she exists. However at the moment my feelings for him are "in limbo" so to speak so I will continue my break until I've made up my mind.
