Hello Everyone
I want to ask for some help on scripting. I want to try it ,but I don't know how to or how I would do it . I've looking for post in here on how to do scripting, but have not found any.
I want ask how does it work? How do I start doing it ? Do I write about what I want, want I desire ect...?
For example
If i want to be with my POI (someone) do I write about how I want the relationship to be like.
do I write them in the form of scenarios in the present or in the future ?
Overall i'm just confuse about it .
I hope my question make sense.
Thank you !
I'll appreciate your help

It needs to be in the present tense as if it's happening now or I've seen some do it like a journal entry where they describe the events of the day. The actual act of scripting is more powerful when you couple it with appreciation and visualization.
For instance, you can write something like...I'm so appreciative that I am enjoying cuddling in front of the fireplace with my love. Then describe the moment ie feeling of love, what he or you say as vividly as possible. Then go a step further and actually visualize what you wrote and give thanks and really feel the moment. When you do all three, it's far more powerful.
If you've ever seen the movie bedtime stories with Adam Sandler, it really reminds me of that. You immerse yourself into the moment with your writing and watch it play out in real life.
If you can't vividly imagine yourself in the moment, don't worry about it. Just make sure you are capturing the feeling of it and try to keep the feeling going at least for a minute.
Hope that helps.

Thank you for responding back to my post.
Okay it makes a lot more sense now that you explain it to me.
so for example and this is just an example
let's say today i write about something like this( Today's date was wonderful we both had a very nice and delicious dinner at this seafood restaurant . And we both enjoyed each others company ect ect...)
but when done writing I visualize it and feel it and believe it.
I'am I right or correct on it ???
I think i might member that movie, but i will sure watch it tonight
Dc
one more question do i have to mediate when i'am done writing and want to visualizing it ? or just visualize it that very moment see when i write something lets say like an assignment paper for school and want to express my opinion I imagine it on my mind like playing the scenario in my mind .
i don't know if it's like that when scripting ?

The example you gave is good.
When you visualize, do it in the first person. So you are not far away looking at a movie screen of the both of you, you are actually interacting with him. You don't see your face or the back of your head. You are in your own body doing it.
You don't need to meditate. Just take a few deep breaths, close your eyes if you want. I'm personally much better at visualizing with my eyes open but either way works and just let it flow. If you are relaxed, you'll go into alpha state automatically, and that's what you want. It should be simple, joyous, and fun.
You want to make sure you are really feeling it. That's the key. If you do it without emotion, it lacks power.
