There is no difference,PW is literally visualisation with emotion behind it

Usually 15 min of visualisation is encouraged (if t feels good) but for PW it's just 3-5 min. So i was wondering why the different. I do visualise with emotions too.
Thank you

I think the amount of time you put into the kind of results you'll get. Personally, i visualise for 10ish minutes but there are people who visualise/ do PW for 30+ minutes,so it depends on how quickly you get into a meditative state as well

I know I have asked this before, but how do you know when you have reached an appropriate meditative state?

You'll know because you won't be wondering if you're in it lol you just feel relaxed and without any thoughts going through your mind. Like,as if you're about to fall asleep but without actually falling asleep

Thanks frodojr! I use Lanies guided meditations when I do my PW and BWD techniques. Doesn't that put you in a meditative state? I do feel relaxed and my thoughts are pretty focused on my visualizations. I just worry that it's not 100% meditative, which might interfere with manifesting... thoughts??
I know Lanie says you cannot do the technique incorrectly. I just wonder if she means there's no wrong way once you get into the proper meditative state..

Yes am also wondering if the technique works if you are just kinda daydreaming (eg: travelling in a bus or train and just do a quick PW or BWDÂ session without getting into the alpha state entirely? Like just call their name 3 times, have them turn around and then proceed with a shorter session. Or would it not make enough of an impact?

To be honest, the technique is just a small part of manifesting something. As long as your thoughts for the rest of the day are on point, then it doesn't matter too much how you do your visualisations Hope that makes sense!

Well that's good to know. Thoughts on point, meaning what exactly?? Thanks!!
