I only do it when I feel myself becoming "too" attached or when I am upset with something. I don't think it hurts to do it after PW.

I would suggest doing CTC if you feel an obsession or deep longing for them, and also you don't have to do it every time you do PW.

Thank you I did the CTC meditation last night after PW meditation and all I can say is WOW! I have hardly thought of my POI today and I just feel amazing! I haven't been obsessing over him or feeling anxious as I normally would! Loved it!

If you find yourself obsessing over your POI absolutely do the "cutting the cord" meditation. It gives you peace of mind, emotional freedom and puts you in control again. :-)

I can say I do it often and it helps me have a better attitude towards my manifestation and being more patient. I do it whenever I feel like it mostly.

Well guys!!! After 3 months of NC and a few PW/BWD/CTC sessions I finally have a wee update!!! My POI added me on Snapchat! This is really not like him as he’s so bloody stubborn and hard to read! I’m so excited! ☺️
