That's up to you, however, I would not tell him. You are not living in your wish fulfilled, but instead you are living as if you are separate, so you are. Make sense? Unless he mentions something about being back together, I would not say anything, as this may throw him off and he may back off.

Yes i see your point. i just feel that he should know. i dont want to make it dramatic....
very confused as to which way i should follow. he always had me in his mind as non-sentimental (i am quite the oposite veryyyyy sentimental so i hide behind a tough exterior) and i want to show him that i can change
