Can I recover from congestive heart failure

Can I recover from congestive heart failure, and reverse the physical symptoms, and eventually ween myself off of the prescriptions? I see the fault of western medicine, and am disgusted, but I also understand how important these meds are right now.

Re: Can I recover from congestive heart failure

I did. My ejection fraction was below 20%, my heart had expanded and I couldn't put together four consecutive good heart beats. My ejection fraction is now better than 40%, and I am quite active.

But I don't think you can. Western medicine kept me alive long enough for me to learn tai chi and a bunch of other stuff, but through it all I was dealing with my western medicine doctors with respect.

I had to change medications several times, I even had to fire a cardiologist. I don't know if you can maintain a working relationship based on disgust.

That took research, that took work. I hope you can do as well as I have.

Good health to you.

Re: Can I recover from congestive heart failure

It takes Eastern and Western medicine together when you have a condition that needs immediate attention.  As you take your prescriptions and follow your doctor's orders you can use meditation to change the physical structure of your body.  I have healed myself many times from various conditions and you can read stories online about others doing the same thing.  One person, a man with an injury that should have left him permanently paralyzed, visualized for hours each day the vertebrae and nerves healing.  One by one he used visualization until he walked.  It takes a lot of patience and belief to do it but it can be done.  Stress can be relieved by meditation and it's important to take stress off your heart.  Your body responds to your commands and visualization so start today to visualize each part of your heart working in perfect harmony.  Memorize the various parts of your heart so you can "see" them as you visualize.  You can do it and you certainly want to live a long and healthy life.  If you are overweight or indulge in anything unhealthy you must immediately STOP the behavior and nurture yourself and your beautiful heart.  xoxoxoxoxo
