Ho'oponopono

Hi lovely people.

I was just wondering if any of you had any experience in practicing Ho'oponopono?

I've had some fantastic results with this in the past, and even noticed things started to happen the last time I was attracting my ex back as soon as I started to practice this simple technique (I was successful btw, but almost a year later it fell to shit again because I let all the doubts creep back in and didn't actually manifest a BETTER relationship with this man, but just the same toxic one all over again. Don't do that lol).

For those unfamiliar with Ho'oponono, it's a short healing "ritual" of repeating these short phrases over and over, either out loud or in your mind. That's it!

I'm sorry
Please forgive me
Thank you
I love you

When said with emotion it can be powerful stuff. You are saying this to YOURSELF, and to the universe to help heal yourself and relationships with others. I think it would work greatly hand in hand with Lanie's technique. It's all about taking responsibility (much like LOA itself) and can be very freeing of the negative energy your bad relationships provide.

It's worth looking into properly by doing a quick Google search as other websites will explain it better than I ever could but I think it may be able to help some of you.

x

Re: Ho'oponopono

Thanks for sharing this em.  I'll look it up.  Sounds like an effective way to release negative energy and forgive yourself if you feel like you've made mistakes or don't feel worthy.  I can see this helping a lot of people who struggle with doubt and low self worth.  The gratitude and love at the end is also great to improve the efficacy of manifestation too.

Thanks again x

It is exactly what I say to people during the technique and it's very powerful to shift your emotions and theirs.  I think it's even more powerful when you use the technique because you are calling them to you and engaging with their higher self.

Re: Ho'oponopono

I just ran across this on LSA , and then I see its on here. I listened to it for 2 days but I'm wondering if it will work simply because I'm not emotional and its hard for me to conjure up any emotion during these meditations. I'm just lost , any advice ??

I sometimes can't find the emotions anymore either, but I have still had good results! When I first started practicing I would get so emotional that I would cry. But I guess it's like anything else, the more you do something the more the emotions kind of settle. I think as long as you still mean the words you are saying you will have good results either way.

Re: Ho'oponopono

Hi,

I encourage you to search for websites dedicated to this method, and read the story of how dr. Lew Hen used this technique to heal patients of a mental institution, simply  by focusing on them with love (from what I remeber he only read their files, not even met them personally). Within a couple of years, the place was emptied.

The thing with Hoponono  (as with Lanies method too) is that you heal YOU (but the outcome will be a better relationship). Dr. Lew healed himself - his world - free of the ill patients. By loving them. The formula is meant to evoke the powerful feelings of love, forgivness and compation - for yourself, for creating all the messes and what not.

So summing up - you can do it whatever way works best for you! When you`re walking, sitting on a park bench, looking at a photo...because you can evoke feelings anywhere :> I often recited these words in my mind e.g on my way back home from work - my feet just automatically led me (dont do it if you drive lol), and in my mind I felt this wave of love, compassion and forgiveness - for myself, for creating all the painful situations in my life - for I created them.
Meditate on these words regarding any subject that brings pain or discomfor to your life.
Have a great day :>

Re: Ho'oponopono

Thanks for this. I found that repeating this when I'm sad, especially about him makes me feel good.

This girl who got her ex back from another forum mentioned it also
