Hi all! So I'm totally new to this forum, but I wanted to post to get some insight! I know Lanie says there's no wrong way to do this, but I'm a little confused with the visualization process. I know I'm supposed to call his name and then imagine him saying what I want him to say. Am I supposed to visualize a back and forth conversation? Or just him standing there pouring his heart and soul out? If someone could PLEASE give me some assistance, that would be great. Thanks!!!

You're supposed to visualize him a distance away, back facing you. Call his name a few times and he comes over to you. You can either visualize him pouring his heart out or both of you can have a conversation you'd like to happen. Lanie has downloadable guided meditations on this that helped me visualize.

Thank you! I've also heard that we can tell them what to say in our visualizations too? What was the guided meditation you used to help with visualization?
